How can I place an order?

You can raise an order via our website, via email: [email protected], or feel free to call on 01509 509 247 and we can place it over the phone for you.


How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders to UK mainland are despatched on a prompt next working day service, on orders placed before 2pm.

We estimate a 2-3 day delivery for orders outside the UK Mainland.


How much is delivery?

We offer free delivery on all orders over £75 (excl VAT).

Orders below £75 are subject to £9.99 P&P to UK Mainland addresses.

For deliveries outside the UK Mainland, the delivery charge may differ, so please contact us for pricing or alternatively, we will contact you to confirm costs once we have received your order.


How can I get an account?

We will then process your account and will confirm once this has been completed.

Please note: users without a Groundsman website account will have access our standard set pricing. However, once you have requested to create an online account and this has been set up, you will have ongoing access to your preferential account rates and our Bargain Blaster special offers, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Pricing is reviewed every 6 months and all client accounts updated, but Groundsman undertake to absorb any cost increases during any given 6-month period, until the next review.
