  • Gloves that are worn to offer protection from mechanical risks can be easily compared by the results of a common regulation known as EN388. The relative protection against mechanical hazards is expressed by a pictogram followed by our numbers that represent the test performance against each specific type of hazard.


If one of these characters show an X it means that the test either has not been performed or is not applicable.

*The impact test (signalled with a P at the end of the code) is optional and normally used for gloves which are specifically designed for work involving higher impact and vibration hazards.
