Technical

  • Grazon Pro Paddock Weedkiller - 1 litre container

  • Grazon Pro is a selective weedkiller for the control of perennial broad-leaved weeds such as nettle, docks & thistle in established grassland. The best method for the effective control of weeds such as these is by using a selective herbicide such as Grazon.

  • Grazon Pro is a strong weedkiller that will control the weeds listed on the label but will not harm grass, making it the market leading product for spot spraying unsightly paddock weeds. It is also effective on weeds such as dandelion, creeping buttercup & daisy.

  • This weedkiller should be applied from April - October in good growing conditions to a dry leaf. We recommend to avoid spraying if rain is due as this may hamper the products effectiveness.

  • Horses & other livestock will need to be kept out of the treated area until any poisonous weeds such as ragwort have died and become unpalatable. It is important to control weeds such as ragwort as it is toxic to grazing horses and is undesirable in grass grown for silage, hay and haylage.

  • Livestock can be returned to the area that has been treated by Grazon weedkiller 7 days after application. Please see the product label for more details and always read before use.

  • Please Note; on buying this product you or the person applying this chemical are responsible for ensuring that it is used in line with industry Approved Codes of Practice. All operators must be trained and certificated in using and applying any Ministry Approved Professional Product (MAPP) No. 15534). Always ensure safe and responsible usage of all herbicides and always read the label and product information before use. Please be aware that by proceeding you are purchasing a professional pesticide product. You must ensure the end user of these products complies with the DEFRA/HSE Code for the Safe use of Pesticides. There are legal responsibilities covering the storage and use of professional use pesticides. These responsibilities are covered by The Food and Environment Protection Act 1985 (FEPA) and Control of Pesticide Regulations 1986 (COPR).
